These terms govern your use of Adult Escort(the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform, whether as a visitor or an advertiser. By using the Platform you confirm you meet this requirement and that accessing adult content is legal in your jurisdiction.

Advertisers confirm at registration that they are 18 or over. We may require further proof of age at any time and will remove any listing where we are not satisfied on this point.

2. Nature of the service — what we do and do not do

Adult Escort is an advertising directory only. We provide advertising space. We do not arrange, broker, negotiate, or take payment for any booking or meeting.

Specifically, we do not:

• employ, manage, contract, or represent any advertiser;
• act as an escort agency, introduction service, or intermediary;
• arrange meetings, take booking payments, or receive any share of what an advertiser earns;
• verify, endorse, vouch for, or guarantee any advertiser, their identity, their claims, their services, their availability, their health status, or their conduct;
• screen, vet, or background-check advertisers or the people who contact them.

Every advertiser is an independent person acting on their own account and is solely responsible for their own listing, conduct, safety arrangements, and compliance with the law, including the Prostitution Reform Act 2003 and their own tax obligations.

Reviewing a listing before publication is a content check against our rules. It is not verification of the advertiser or of anything they say, and it must not be relied on as such.

2a. Dealings between users are entirely at your own risk

Any contact, arrangement, communication, meeting, or transaction between a visitor and an advertiser is solely between those two people. We are not a party to it, have no involvement in it, and have no control over it. You deal with other users entirely at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety, judgement, and decisions.

3. Accounts

There are two kinds of account. A guest account is free and lets you use the community board. An advertiser account lets you publish a paid listing. Both require you to be 18 or over.

Keep your login details to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Your display name is public on anything you post, so choose one you're comfortable being seen. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

4. The community board

The board is a space for members to share experiences and ask questions. Posts appear straight away without being checked first.

Posts are the personal views of whoever wrote them. They are not our views, we do not verify them, and we do not endorse them. Treat anything you read there accordingly.

When posting, you must not:

• publish anyone's contact details, including your own — phone numbers, addresses, or social media handles;
• post content involving minors, non-consenting people, or anyone under coercion;
• threaten, harass, or attempt to extort anyone, including conditioning what you post on getting something in return;
• post unlawful content, spam, or advertising.

You keep ownership of what you write, and you give us permission to publish, moderate, and remove it. You can delete your own posts and replies at any time.

4a. Reporting and removal

Every post can be reported. If you believe something on the board is unlawful or harmful, report it— you don't need an account to do so.

When we receive a complaint about a post we will usually take it down while we look at it, tell the author what was reported and why, and give them a chance to respond. If they don't respond, or they agree to removal, it stays down. This reflects the process in the Harmful Digital Communications Act 2015. Contact for content complaints: support@adultsescort.com.

5. Advertiser obligations

• You must be advertising independently and of your own free will.
• Your content must be accurate, lawful, and your own to publish.
• You must not post content involving minors, non-consenting persons, or anyone under coercion — see our Human Trafficking Policy.
• You are responsible for any taxes arising from your activity.

6. Moderation & removal

We review listings and photos before publication and may remove any content or suspend any account at our discretion, particularly where we believe the law or these terms have been breached.

7. Payments

Advertising fees are described on our Pricing page. Fees buy advertising placement for a set period and nothing else. Payment does not guarantee publication: listings are reviewed first, and a listing that breaches these terms will not be published.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your card details. Fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published, except where a refund is required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing will produce any particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm arising from: content posted by advertisers or members, including anything on the community board, or its accuracy; any contact, arrangement, meeting, or transaction between users; the acts or omissions of any advertiser, member, or visitor; or any interruption to the Platform. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for advertising in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where you use the Platform for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply.

9. Reporting harm

If you believe a listing involves a minor, coercion, trafficking, or anyone who has not consented, report it immediately. Reports of this kind are treated as urgent. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the New Zealand Police on 111 first.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
